At the meeting, Coach Smyte and the Backers will go over required physical and participation forms, Sierra Camp, summer training, and the Liftathon.  You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and make sure you receive important updates during the summer and the fall season.

There will also be a special session within this meeting specifically designed for Frosh players and their parents.

  • Zero Period Starts January 24!  Varsity meets in the weight room at 6:10 am.  Check out our Facebook page for details and updates.
  • Semester Two Study Halls switch to Tuesdays to better accommodate participation of 9th grade student-athletes.
  • Seeking Parent Volunteers for Zero Period: Please contact Al Inouye (ainouye@hpapts.com) if you can help with zero period, including set up, purchase, or preparation of food for zero period athletes.
  • Tuesday, January 31:  First day of JV / Frosh Lifting (5 – 6 pm every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter, plus Monday lifts in the future).
  • Tuesday, January 31: First Day of Study Hall (3:30 pm)
